Steeped in 900 years of history, Owlpen forms its own hidden valley under the edge of the Cotswolds, surrounded by woods and hills – an idyllic setting for a fitness retreat.
Other companies call these Bootcamps – but we prefer a motivational approach to help you restart your life. Given the tranquility of the valley and its secluded setting, we call ours a retreat.

Are you looking to kick-start your fitness, tone yourself into bikini-shape or reboot your metabolism for optimum weight-loss? Our team will develop a personalised fitness programme to focus on your particular goals with a challenging and varied regime of exercises and activities designed to get maximum return for effort. Our long-term perspective, including 1:1 personal training and nutritional coaching, will help you to change your mindset and truely reboot, feeling much fitter, healthier and also relaxed, positive and invigorated – ready to carry on with your personalised fitness and nutrition plan when you return home.
A motivational ‘non military’ bootcamp with the opportunity to ‘test yourself to the limits’ in solo and team activities plus 1:1 personal training with follow-up activities and bespoke health and fitness plan. Relaxation is also key and you will visit a nearby spa to be pampered sports massage to soothe those aching limbs!
You will be personally assessed at the beginning and also at the end of your stay – you should see a big difference, especially if you are staying for a whole week. Your own personalised plan will be designed and given to you to take away so that you can carry on building your fitness levels and losing weight.
We also provide a supportive ‘after-sales’ service to ensure longterm results from your stay with us.! The importance of this cannot be underestimated. Any Bootcamp can give you a quick hit. The difficulty is to keep at a programme once you’re back in the real world. We won’t leave you to struggle alone. We will help you keep working away at your goals and develop your personal programme as needed.
